HELP

How to behave, with whom to communicate, whom to call for help, where to start a new life and when it will start to improve? All these questions arise before the residents of Ukrainian cities and villages, because half a year of occupation is a difficult experience. The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine shared an algorithm of actions for Ukrainians freed by our defenders from Russian occupation.

Oleksiy Borodai, the Deputy Minister for the reintegration of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, advised the residents of the de-occupied territories to listen to the recommendations of the military and authorities in order to restore their normal way of life as soon as possible.

Action algorithm for de-occupied territories

1. Citizens in the territory controlled by Ukraine are advised not to return to the de-occupied territories until official notification from the authorities.

2. Ukrainians who are in the territory that is being liberated or has just been liberated and do not have the opportunity to leave it are advised to:

Do not disturb the Armed Forces;

• Located in the most secure location. Do not go to places that may be mined;

• Read news only in official sources;

Ask for help from the soldiers of the Armed Forces in case of illness, damage to housing, lack of food, etc.

Follow the announcements - local authorities or the military will inform residents about the receipt of humanitarian aid, the arrival of mobile medical teams.

Attention! Part of the territory of liberated cities and towns may be mined. You should use the interactive map of the territories that can potentially be contaminated by explosive objects. The map shows mined areas and allows you to report a dangerous object if it is detected.

We will remind you! If residents of exempted areas need additional information, they can contact the 24-hour state hotlines:

Ministry of Reintegration - 1548 (if you cannot contact the regional military administration, contact the Ministry of Reintegration for help);

Commissioner for IDPs - +38 (066) 813-62-39;

The government hotline is 1545.

Keep yourselves!
