On his Facebook page, the head of the police of the Kyiv region, Andrii Nebytov, explained how to recognize the sound of a kamikaze drone and what to do if you heard suspicious sounds.
He emphasized that before the explosion in Bila Tserkva, people heard a sound in the sky similar to a moped or a chainsaw. This is how a kamikaze drone engine works. Drones can be seen because "sometimes they fly at a low altitude."
According to Nebytov, at the site of the shelling in Bila Tserkva, they found the ruins of buildings, broken roofs, broken windows, and charred walls.
"Such deliberate destruction of infrastructure is another crime committed by the army of the Russian Federation against Ukraine", - he wrote.
What to do in case of danger?
