After the Ministry of Defence implemented the electronic deferral of mobilisation in the Reserve+ app, some users encountered problems with the service. In this regard, the Ministry explained what to do in case of an error.

It is worth noting that if a person liable for military service has a valid deferment, he or she will not be able to apply for a new one through Reserve+. This will prevent duplication of data in the registers.

As soon as the user's deferment expires, he or she will be able to apply for the next one the next day, explained Kateryna Chornohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digitalisation, during the telethon.

How to avoid problems when applying for a deferment in the Reserve+?

The Ministry of Defence noted that in order to apply for a deferment, it is necessary to update the Reserve+ application to version 1.4.3. If all the necessary information about a person is contained in the registers, the application will show a deferral.

If a person, for example, cannot find themselves in the register, there are errors in their surname or tax code, you should contact the technical support of Reserve+.

Experts will process the request and correct the error so that the data is updated in the registers. She added that the deferral is valid for three months.

Deferral from mobilisation to the Reserve+ programme

It should be noted that the procedure for obtaining a deferment in the Reserve+ was announced as being as simple as possible.

Users just need to log in to the application and send a request. The system will automatically check the information provided through state registers, and if the status is confirmed, the electronic deferment will be instantly reflected in the electronic military record.

The service, according to the Ministry of Defence, is designed to eliminate the need for personal visits to government offices to apply for a deferment. This will allow citizens to avoid waiting in queues. In addition, the electronic format will ensure transparency of the process and minimise the risk of errors in the paperwork.

We remind you! New rules for reserving employees from mobilisation will come into effect in Ukraine in December, but some will be granted a transitional period.
