Within the framework of the pilot project of the State Migration Service for the issuance of national and international passports of a citizen of Ukraine, the first preparations for the opening of such a passport center in Poland have begun in the subdivisions of the State Enterprise "Document" abroad. Already, Ukrainians in Poland will be able to apply for both national and international passports through special temporary mobile complexes.
There are four such mobile complexes, and they are located at the address of the future passport center in Warsaw - Warszawa, al. Jerozolimskie 179, Blue City shopping center. The opening of the full-fledged representative Passport Service office is scheduled for August 2022.
Mobile complexes work from Monday to Saturday, from 10 to 19 hours. Service is performed by prior appointment in an electronic queue. Here, citizens of Ukraine can apply for an ID card, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, and even use the new service of issuing both documents at the same time. The list of documents for issuing passport documents is standard - as in those Passport Service offices that are located in Ukraine.
In the future center of the State Enterprise "Document", which will start working in August, it is planned to receive about 500 people a day. It will be possible to receive administrative services both by prior appointment in an electronic queue and without it.
Taking into account the peculiarities of international logistics during martial law, the terms for processing and issuing passport documents will be up to 45 business days in normal mode and up to 20 business days in urgent mode.
Payment for services in mobile complexes is carried out on the spot - using an online service. To do this, citizens need to have a smartphone and bank card details with them (cash payment is not yet available).
