One day away from the hustle and bustle of the city will be enough to rejuvenate and recuperate. We'll take you out of town, but not so far that you'll get tired of the road.
The first stop is Bilyayivka.
There we will meet the owners of a small but successful winery. Not only do they grow grapes and make the right wine, but the history of the country's wine industry is being created here. It was at the winery of Bilyayivka resident Marian Shevchenko that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a law simplifying licensing for small wineries in 2016. Do you want to know how it happened? Get ready to go!
The second stop is lunch.
From Bilyayivka, we will go to the ferry between Chornomorsk and Odesa to have a good lunch at the Paromnyk cafe. We will have a set lunch: first and second course, salad and a drink. And all this - outdoors, on an open area, under a canopy, overlooking the port!
The third stop is the Dulova Wine Station.
And then - the last good chord of the day: a tasting at the winery at the Tairov Institute. The owners of the winery will give us a 45-minute tour of the territory, show us the vineyard and wine cellar, and take us to Vasyl Tairov's apartment-museum. And they will offer us to taste ten wines, including liqueurs that are rare for our region.
The tour is conducted in English and Ukrainian.

How it will be
- 9:00-11:00 gathering at Soborna Square, transfer to Bilyayivka - 11:00-12:30 tour of the winery of Mariana Shevchenko, tasting - 13:30-14:30 lunch - 15:00-17:00 "Winery Station" at the Tairov Institute. A tour of the winery, a visit to the vineyard and the Vasyl Tairov Museum. Tasting of ten wines with a detailed description of the production technology of each type.
