How to issue passport documents for Ukrainians in Wroclaw: detailed instructions
On December 1, a subdivision of the Ukrainian State Migration Service started working in Wroclaw. Now Ukrainians temporarily staying abroad can apply for basic documents here.
For now, it will be a mobile unit - a specially equipped white minibus with the symbols "Passport Service". It works from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00.
You can find the mobile unit at Marino Shopping Center, Paprotna 7, 51-117 Wrocław.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that from January 30, 2023, the "Passport Service" mobile complex in the city of Wroclaw will be open for receiving and issuing documents at the new address: Wrocław Stadium (Tarczyński Arena).
The beads will be located in the underground parking lot of the stadium (sector A3). Entrance to the stadium from the Tarczyński Arena (Królewiecka) bus and tram stop.
The following services can be obtained at the point:
• exchange a driver's license;
• get a foreign passport and an ID card, or both documents at the same time;
• take out insurance.
You can pay for document production services on the spot using the online service. To do this, you need a smartphone and bank card details.
Service at the center is possible both on a first-come, first-served basis and by prior appointment. You can sign up online on the website.
Later, the mobile point in Wroclaw is planned to be replaced by a stationary one. Also, separate divisions of the State Police of Ukraine are already working in Warsaw, Krakow and Gdańsk.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
Hotel guests are obliged to keep the 1.5 meters distance.
Online check-in making in advance is recommended to avoid queues at check-in to hotel.
Meals in hotels are provided through meals delivery service to rooms upon prior order or at hotel restaurants situated inside or in open areas, provided the distance of at least 1.5 meters between seats at adjacent tables.
Not more than 4 clients are allowed to stay at the table (excluding children under 14 years old). Unless these tables are separated by a special partition;
Self-serve is not allowed.
