"Ukrzaliznytsia" trains remain one of the most popular types of interregional transport in Ukraine. Millions of people use the railway every day, and every day some of them forget something. We tell you what to do and where to turn if you lost things on the train or at the station.
To begin with, you need to know that UZ stores lost things for no more than 30 days, so you need to hurry up with their search.

Things that passengers forget not on trains, but at the train station or a certain station, are usually stored there. The passenger can contact the station master and get his belongings after his identity is confirmed by the relevant documents.
At the same time, in case of loss of an item during the trip, you need to contact the employees of the UZ at the final station of arrival. You can also call 0 800 50 31 11. You can get things (if found) within 30 days from the moment of loss. To pick them up, you need to show your documents to the railway workers.
