● Rules for visa-free travel to Ukraine:
- the period of stay in Ukraine should not exceed 90 days every 180 days;
- to cross the border, you must have a foreign passport;

To enter Ukraine, a citizen of the Netherlands must provide:
● valid foreign passport;
● health insurance policy;
● confirmation of the purpose of travel: hotel reservations, apartment rental contracts, travel vouchers, invitations/tickets to seminars, exhibitions, fairs, documents on medical treatment, written confirmation of a meeting, conference, invitations from companies and organizations, etc.
● sufficient level of financial support ($45 per day per person): cash in hryvnia or other convertible foreign currency, bank cards, statements and checks from ATMs.
Importantly! If a decision of an authorized state body of Ukraine prohibiting entry into Ukraine has been approved for a person, then such a tourist will be denied border crossing.
From July 1, 2023, all quarantine restrictions due to the Covid-19 epidemic were canceled in Ukraine. From now on, foreigners do not need to provide proof of vaccination when crossing the border and wear a protective mask.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
