3.  All law enforcement and military structures of the city of Kyiv, in accordance with their powers, to increase attention to crowded places, to ensure public safety and order in the capital. Ensure that all necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety of Kyiv citizens.

In a commentary to Kyiv24, Mykhailo Shcherbyna, deputy director for defense issues at the Department of Municipal Security of the Kyiv City State Administration, explained that the current plan is to restrict mass gatherings and, possibly, some mass events. The main reason is that "the arrival of Zircon missiles from Crimea takes 2-3 minutes. You saw this week that the announcement of the alert almost coincided with the explosions in the city. Therefore, we need to think through all the measures in advance," he summarized.

At the same time, Popko asked Kyiv residents and visitors not to panic and remain calm.

"We are taking preventive measures to ensure that Kyiv and its residents are reliably protected. Follow the safety rules - do not ignore air raid warnings. Take care of yourself," he said.

Please note! When planning a trip to Ukraine, first of all, you need to take care of the appropriate insurance policy, because any foreign insurance automatically terminates after crossing the Ukrainian border. In this case, we recommend that you take out insurance specifically covering military risks, which will cover not only standard medical care/treatment/diagnosis, etc. but also accidents and injuries caused by passive or direct military risks.

You can take out such insurance on the Visit Ukraine website. Follow the link and choose an insurance policy with the appropriate coverage and indemnity amount for the required period.

We remind you! Foreign citizens from all over the world continue to visit Ukraine despite the full-scale invasion of russia.
