According to the State Examination Commission, at least 550 Ukrainian students took exams this year.

Interestingly, the number of those who took the russian language exam more than doubled this year compared to two years earlier. In 2022, 432 candidates registered for the russian language exam, last year there were 548, and this year there were 889.

In total, just over 18,000 children and teenagers from Ukraine study in Irish schools.
