On July 24, 2024, foreign branches of the State Enterprise Document resumed accepting applications for passport documents for men. This was reported on the official Facebook page of the agency. Find out what conditions need to be met and where you can get these services.

New conditions for obtaining passport documents for men in the State Enterprise Document

Now, in order to obtain passports, men need to be verified through the official application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Reserve+” using a QR code. Confirmation of valid military registration documents is required.

Where can I get a passport?

Passport applications can be submitted in the following cities:

– Germany: Munich, Berlin, Cologne

– Poland: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk

– Spain: Madrid, Valencia

– Czech Republic: Prague

– Slovakia: Bratislava

– Italy: Milan

List of services available to men from July 24, 2024

The following services are available at the foreign offices:

– Issuance of an ID-card or passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one).

– Exchange of an ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use).

– Exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability).
