A professional event for the hotel and restaurant business will take place in Lviv. Find out what Pro HoReCa EXPO & Summit 2026 is, who it is intended for, and what topics will be in focus
On April 29–30, 2026, Lviv will host Pro HoReCa EXPO & Summit, a professional event for the hospitality industry that will bring together hotel and restaurant owners and managers, management teams, and market experts. Visit Ukraine is joining the event as an information partner.
The event will be dedicated to finding practical solutions for the hotel and restaurant business in the realities of war, staff shortages, and constant instability. The organizers emphasize that this is not about motivational speeches or abstract theories, but about an honest conversation about what really works today.
What is Pro HoReCa EXPO & Summit
Pro HoReCa EXPO & Summit combines two formats — exhibition and summit.
Pro HoReCa EXPO will be a space for solutions for hotels and restaurants, where equipment, technologies, products, automation services, design, and other tools for the operational work of establishments will be presented.
Pro HoReCa Summit will focus on discussing key industry challenges: team management in conditions of staff shortages, service retention, margin management, operational processes, cuisine, marketing, and business sustainability. The summit format includes practical case studies, open discussions about complex solutions, and analysis of real-life experiences.

Practice-oriented format
The event program will include master classes and workshops with analysis of specific situations, practical cases from Ukrainian and international market players, as well as Speed Dating “How are you?” — a format of short informal conversations between participants who face similar challenges.
A separate closed strategic session is planned for business owners and managers, as well as live networking without formalities and “empty acquaintances.”
Who will benefit from the event
Pro HoReCa EXPO & Summit is aimed at those responsible for business results: owners and managers of hotels and restaurants, COOs, F&B, HR, and marketing specialists, brand chefs, management teams, developers, and investors.
The organizers note that the event is created for a professional audience that is looking not for abstract advice, but for solutions that can be implemented in their daily work.
When and where will Pro HoReCa EXPO & Summit take place
The event is scheduled for April 29–30, 2026, and will take place at Arena Lviv. Representatives of the hotel and restaurant business from different regions of Ukraine, as well as international speakers and experts, are expected to participate.
