Ukrzaliznytsia has updated the schedule of popular trains due to curfew and introduced new convenient transfers. Find out how the schedule has changed and what new routes have appeared for passengers
Ukrzaliznytsia has updated the schedules of several popular trains to make travel more comfortable during curfew hours. The changes affect route No. 21/22 Kharkiv–Lviv, a number of connecting services, and the introduction of a new convenient trip to Kyiv. This was reported by the Ukrzaliznytsia press service.
New schedule for train No. 21/22 Kharkiv – Lviv
Ukrzaliznytsia has adapted the schedule of one of the country's most popular trains for residents and visitors of Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil. The main goal is to ensure arrival in these cities outside of curfew hours.
From February 17, train No. 21/22 will run according to the updated schedule:
● Departure from Kharkiv – at 19:26 (previously 14:27);
● Arrival in Vinnytsia – at 05:40 (previously 00:54);
● Arrival in Khmelnytskyi – at 07:32 (previously 02:42);
● Arrival in Ternopil – at 09:14 (previously 04:35).
This will allow passengers to safely and conveniently reach regional centers in the morning.
Convenient transfers from the Kharkiv region
The new schedule also takes into account the needs of passengers on suburban electric trains in the Kharkiv region. In particular, convenient transfers are provided from:
● train No. 6430 Izyum – Kharkiv (arrival at 17:21);
● train No. 6023 Slatine – Kharkiv (arrival at 18:12).
New opportunities for travel to Kamianets-Podilskyi
There is now a convenient option for traveling from Kharkiv to Kamianets-Podilskyi with a transfer in Khmelnytskyi.
Passengers can take suburban train No. 6383/6384 Khmelnytskyi – Larga, which departs from Khmelnytskyi at 08:05 and arrives in Kamianets-Podilskyi at 11:40.
In addition, for those traveling in the opposite direction, the arrival time of the Kamianets-Podilskyi – Lviv train has been changed. Now the train will arrive in Lviv at 05:16 instead of 03:28, which is much more convenient for morning transfers.
In Lviv, it will be possible to transfer to Uzhhorod, Ivano-Frankivsk, Peremyshl, Truskavets, Yaremche, Vorokhta, Rakhiv, Rivne, Lutsk, and Kovel.
