Centers for issuing Ukrainian passports were opened in Krakow and Gdańsk

The State Migration Service of Ukraine is starting the work of the state enterprise "Document" in two more cities of the Republic of Poland — citizen service centers "Passport Service" have been opened in Krakow and Gdańsk.
Submission of applications-questionnaires for the issuance of passport documents in new cities is carried out with the help of software and technical mobile complexes - specially equipped white minibuses with the symbols of SE "Document":
• in the city of Krakow at Plac Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 31−154.
Working hours: Mon-Sat from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Available online and live queue)
• in the city of Gdansk at the address Chelm. Shopping center Cienista 30, 80−046.
Working hours: Mon-Sat from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Available online and live queue)
Services available to citizens (to be added):
• Simultaneous issuance of a foreign passport and an ID card
• Issuance of a foreign passport
• Issuing an ID card
After analyzing the first results of the technical start of the experimental project in Warsaw, additional measures were taken to increase the capacity of the live queue in this center. Yes, pre-registration guarantees receiving services in advance, which allows you to plan your time.
Please note that if you decide to use this service in Poland, do not forget to cancel your previous appointments for obtaining a passport at the Embassy.
Attention! If for some reason it was not possible to register online, you should come to the Passport Service in the morning and get a ticket for service during the working day in a live queue.
Remember that any manipulation by third parties with the electronic queue of the Passport Service is an illegal attempt to seize the funds of trusting citizens who run the risk of corruption. Most often, such people are left without money and without documents.
We urge you not to use the services of intermediaries, because registration to the electronic queue is free of charge.
We will remind you! Previously, a full-fledged center of SE "Document", where Ukrainians can obtain an ID card or a foreign passport, was opened in Warsaw. You can learn more about the cost of obtaining documents and the terms of production at the link.
