Ukrainians living abroad can issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad. In the countries where Document SE operates, Ukrainians can obtain a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for departure at the same time, after presenting the relevant documents - those confirming citizenship and birth certificates.
Citizens of Ukraine living in Poland can already apply for passports.
Back in August, a full-fledged Document SE center, where Ukrainians can get an ID card or a foreign passport, was opened in Warsaw. You can learn more about the cost of obtaining documents and the terms of production at the link.

Recognition of digital documents abroad
In August 2022, the Government of Ukraine approved a resolution regulating the cross-border transfer of personal data through "Diia" services in 58 states.
Ukrainians who left for Poland can get a digital residence permit Diia.pl in the mObywatel application. In the near future, it will be possible to share a digital driver's license and vehicle registration certificate in the mObywatel application.

A multifunctional hotline where Ukrainians can consult on accommodation, employment and opening their own business in Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Germany.

• +48 22266 2275 (international number, calls are charged according to the operator's tariffs);
• Through a chatbot.
Diia. Business (Warsaw)
Diia. Business center in Warsaw provides professional advice to Ukrainians on conducting business in Poland.
Free opportunities provided by the center for citizens of Ukraine:
• Professional consultations of Ukrainian citizens who are forcibly staying in Poland.
• Consulting small and medium-sized businesses of Ukraine on legal issues, accounting, taxation, auditing, recruitment of qualified personnel and any other issues related to conducting business activities on the territory of Poland.
