From Kyiv to Budapest: Ukrzaliznytsia launches another direct train to Europe

From the first day of winter, Ukrainian citizens will be able to use a new railway service to travel to Europe. Find out what the flight schedule and ticket price will be like
Starting 1 December, Ukrzaliznytsia will launch a direct daily train from Kyiv to Budapest. Here's how the flight will run.
It is worth noting that this is the 20th international flight to the EU.
How will the train run?
The train will run in standard sleeping cars: compartment (4 seats) and suite (2 seats).

Timetable:
- Departure from Kyiv at 10:16, arrival in Budapest at 06:00.
- In the opposite direction: departure from Budapest at 22:40, arrival in Kyiv at 19:11.
The cost of a ticket in a compartment carriage is approximately UAH 3,000.
The train will run according to a schedule that will make it easier to change trains to Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Innsbruck, Zurich, as well as to Romania, Slovenia and other European countries.
The time between connections will be no more than two hours.
Tickets for international and domestic flights can be purchased via the booking system on the Visit Ukraine portal.
