Unequipped slides in Kyiv
The Park of Glory in Kyiv is one of the most popular places for winter entertainment. Its slides offer a wide range of slopes for everyone: from safe slopes for children to steep routes for adrenaline seekers. The incredible panoramas of the city and the views of the Lavra domes add to the park's charm. Gentle slopes below the memorial are ideal for kids, and steep slopes near the memorial are perfect for experienced speed enthusiasts.
For the real extreme, the Landscape Alley is perfect. Its high and icy slopes guarantee crazy speeds and unforgettable emotions. However, it is worth remembering that local slides are not suitable for small children due to their steepness.
Obolonskaya Embankment is another popular place that comes to life with the first snow. Its moderately steep slopes are ideal for family skiing, providing comfort for both children and adults. Here, the winter atmosphere is complemented by children's laughter and fun, which create a real holiday.
However, it is worth remembering that sliding is an injury-prone activity. That is why Visit Ukraine offers a new product - Extreme Protection - as part of the Safe Travel Ukraine health insurance. This insurance package is a real must-have for people who are engaged in active tourism, skiing, participating in sports events, competitions, or just want to be sure of their own safety.
