The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has completed the first stage of cooperation with Ukrposhta, and now Ukrainians can order the delivery of documents abroad at a much cheaper price. Find out how the new service works and how much it will cost to order a passport from abroad
Ukrainians living abroad can now order the delivery of passports from Ukraine via Ukrposhta at a significantly reduced price. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrposhta have introduced a new joint service designed to simplify the process of obtaining the necessary documents for citizens living outside their homeland.
“From now on, according to a memorandum signed in August this year, every Ukrainian waiting for a passport to be issued can use a new service - a fast and affordable order for the document to be delivered from Ukraine for a fixed price,” the ministry said in a statement.

Terms of passport delivery abroad via Ukrposhta
According to the document, Ukrposhta has launched a special platform through which Ukrainians abroad can order the delivery of passports issued by Ukrainian diplomatic missions. Thanks to an electronic stamp with a QR code, you can pay for delivery at any time and anywhere in the world. To do this, you just need to log in to your personal account on the Ukrposhta website.

Under the terms of the new program, issuing and delivering a passport abroad will cost Ukrainians only USD 6 plus UAH 10 VAT. This is much cheaper than previous passport delivery options.
Please note: the price of delivery is fixed to any country in the world.
The introduction of this service is an important step towards improving services for Ukrainians living abroad. Now they can significantly simplify and reduce the cost of obtaining the necessary documents. This initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrposhta demonstrates their commitment to provide convenient and affordable service for citizens living abroad.
